We do offer refunds for those canceling during our cancellation periods. A code for 100% of your race registration fee or 85% cash refund will be offered until 14 days prior to the start date of the event. No refunds will be given within 14 days before the event. Refund codes can be used to register for another Bicycle Ride Across Tennessee event and will be valid for 12 months after the event date. No exceptions can be made for illness, injury, natural disasters, family emergencies, or conflicts.
