These stretches/yoga moves are what keep me running!so should we do all of the stretches everyday or like the stretch with number 1 on day 1, the stretch with number 2 on day 2, etc?I believe you’re supposed to do stretch 1 on day 1, for 15-30 seconds (longer if you want) and to do it on each side (if it’s a stretch that’s done one side at a time.)Hi! )This coming June I want to do something fun and different with you guys.

There are so many videos that I only have a short amount of time before I have to get ready for work. I am so tired but it feels so good at the same time I did all the stretches in a row except for #20, 25 & 28.I just did all of them in one sitting it was really refreshing and it really woke my body up thanks Casey.I cou l d n’t do #20,25and 28 but i did t ry my best.
