Clearly Verizon Wireless has not decided that one customer does not matter...me. I have had some good experiences with customer service reps but its when you talk that one representative with a bad attitudes and just makes it difficult to resolve issues it makes it bad for them all as a company. Workout facilities provide a place to exercise after work. old and I have never had this much conflict with a company. I go back to the store and tell them I'm not leaving store until it works ..Low and behold they tell me it's a manufacturer problem.. and for 10 more dollars a month and 50 more dollars down I can get another phone... And I said u must be crazy I'm not giving u a dime more !! Their should be a class action Law Suit cause they are scaming their customers.

!I have been a Verizon customer since 2003- I have 10 devices on my plan. because Verizon customer service reps. do not know what they are doing. They said we now have to wait until their open enrollment period in October. She could escalate because I was having issues submitting as they would not accept the bill Sprint sent to me. guess what, NO phone.

Where is common sense, probably lost in Verizon wireless computer systems!I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY CALLED FOR PAST DUE BILL. I thanked them for calling and was told that my account would be adjusted and credited for the charges. I want so bad to drop them. Months for the adustment credit for the fraud but that by the time the Nov bill came out they had finally balanced out the charge for what was hacked on my account with the credit balance But I had not paid my personal bill since July and this is what I owe. I go to the Verizon Wireless store. I did in 2 separate malls. Verizon is becoming the idiocracy from Hell!!! Verizon is the worst!!! I hadn't paid my bill because there was a credit balanice. Going to call corporate. I will receive the phone overnight on Sunday. Apparently, Verizon is too big for succeed.In Salina, KS June 2014 I signed up for service with Verizon wireless. THEY ARE REFUSING TO ACTIVATE MY NEW PHONE MY BILL HAS BEEN PAID. I am convinced their service department and fraud departments are NOT THERE TO HELP CONSUMERS. The wait is long and the assistance is awful. He told me to go to staples or best buy. I called Verizon wireless customer service, and I had to talk to 2 VERY BELIGERENT females.

!I switched to their Service beginning in September....supposed to be paying my previous provider and I have got NOTHING but runaround....hours on the phone and lots of frustration...and after my entire evening on the phone AGAIN still know NOTHING . I call again!!!! It took eight months of lies and I could not take anymore. She lead me to believe that Verizon could fix this. Went to Verizon store in Bayonne. I switched from Sprint after 20 years, thinking it was a huge mistake due to a $650 switch promotion. All he keeps saying is you did not pay your bill those months. My wireless account was hacked by someone who added 4 lines to my account and I suppose got a phone when they did it. rep. tells me that fedex doesn't deliver on sunday.

I didn't just walk into the store and buy these phones, I looked for a couple of months asking questions about everything I could think of and went to the store 4 times to make sure of what I was getting and how much a month it would cost me. Also the three numbers are still on the bill and not disconnected. All I wanted to do is buy a new phone for $800.00 and they will not sell it to me. Rep told me today she can put a safety mode on my line to avoid overages, why isnt that always offered!Would like to know what is going on.
