The establishment has family ties to the Brownstone Diner in Jersey City, which was rebranded in 2019 as the Life Pancake Factory. Portion sizes are huge and prices are reasonable, but my pancakes were just way too dry. Albeit, I ordered takeout but i still expected much more from the legendary brownstone pancake factory.
