We had not visited Rotterdam before, and staff at the hotel did a great job answering our questions about tram connections and how to get to our... standards of a high end chain that holds on to all the personal touches you get a place like this. We stayed on the lowest floor of the hotel and the stairs are very steep, go careful if you have lots of luggage. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
