I would give them 5 stars overall, but for the past 6 months I've been to dermatology for an itching scalp and different itching spots on other parts of my body. I have called multiple times as well as my wife on my behalf.

1 month later I get a letter from VA saying my hospital charges would not be paid because I haven't used VA care in last 24 months. Thought I was having a stroke. Now ive called twice and haven't received any feedback. Please thank him for his service, I hope he is feeling better.

Faxed all my info to her office. Didn't think I would be back, but everything in life comes around again.All of my experiences have been very positive! I went into the ER a week ago and I am still waiting for the ER doctor to correct a mistake on an order for an MRI. Doctors are great. The food is pretty good w/ a variety of breakfast, lunch, & dinner options. They kept me two days. The staff is very attentive and positive! I've learned that the dermatology clinic last appointments taken is 11 AM 5 days a week!The people that work and volunteer here understand that they are taking care of heroes and make sure that the vets they serve are treated well.Everything is slow and on their time.

You will find more specific information just inside the entrance to all buildings. Staff would never make it in a non- government clinic setting!! I loved coming here, because the canteen was always staffed by extremely sweet veterans who would thank you profusely for your donation, all while stuffing your face with treats. The parking is horrible too. They also made it possible for my sister and I to stay in our homes out of state. They have since changed their blood bank location to an open area on the main floor, as opposed to a wing on the fourth floor.
