I have had some good experiences with customer service reps but its when you talk that one representative with a bad attitudes and just makes it difficult to resolve issues it makes it bad for them all as a company. She told me to wait till I got another bill before I paid. We called Verizon and spoke to someone by the name of Nisa last month, who said she was a tenured employee with Verizon and understood our concern over the loss of our unlimited data at the hand of another representative, in error, now we don’t think it was in error but intently to take our unlimited data. I want so bad to drop them.
