But the extraction times were not constant as we lowered the brew pressure. If your espresso has a ‘weak’ texture, manipulating the crema will be nearly impossible. Interesting enough a real blend would have both arabica and some robusta for better crema (from what I have read).HTGSD.com hard-to-find solutions to common tech problems. Piston driven espresso machines use a lever to create BAR pressure. No luck. I have used other home espresso machines, and by far the Brim 19 Bar Espresso Maker is a world-class home machine.
