We are sorry to hear about the challenges with the hot water but are glad to hear it worked upon your return. The Westin wants to consider itself luxury. Other electrical outlets are cemented into the nightstand, in an unsightly manner, and there are no USB ports whatsoever in the room. It's based on a self-evaluation by the property. We stayed here with our daughter's team for a Minnesota State High School League tournament at Target Center.
CONS The staff at the BANK restaurant was pretty unengaged to the point that I basically poured my own drinks and got silverware while they just chatted amongst themselves.
