From my experience 5 to 10 years ago most of the time I don’t really go out to watch some of the events but you as a tourist most specially if this is your first time go and check it out.There is a parade on the first day which is February 1 and the grand street and float parade but I encourage you to watch the grand parade because it is more exciting and more beautiful.
