So after eight hours of tapping, clicking and digesting online content - it seems a bit rich to come home and tell my son not to do the same.The fact is that when my son goes out into the world of work it will be even more technology and data driven that it is now.So keeping him away from technology could actually do him more harm than good.I'm very comfortable with him understanding how to use tech and navigate the internet.There's huge potential for learning and I want him to know how to use the internet to find answers.His passions for science, space and farming have been helped by educational content online.It's just a case of setting some rules and making sure he's got a safe space to play in - just like in the offline world.My son plays Minecraft and Roblox.
